Meet Dr Kathiuska Kriedt MBBS DRCOG PGCert,
fondly known as Dr Kat
Dr Kat is a highly experienced fertility consultant with a wealth of expertise in all aspects of reproductive medicine. With a background in practicing medicine in Ecuador and Chile, Dr Kat moved to London and worked in world-renowned teaching hospitals such as St. Thomas' and University College London.
She specialised in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, further strengthening her expertise by completing a post-doctoral certificate in early pregnancy and ultrasound scanning at King's College University.
Throughout her career, Dr Kat has worked in specialist fertility clinics across Greater London, caring for both private and NHS patients. Her specialist interests include treating patients with low ovarian reserve, reproductive endocrinology issues, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and managing recurrent miscarriage.
A reputable and active member of the fertility community
Dr Kat is a proud member of the British Fertility Society and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.
Her dedication to advancing the field of reproductive medicine is evident through her research contributions, including a significant involvement in the PRISM study. This study focused on the use of progesterone for women who experience vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy and have had one or more previous miscarriages.

Dr Kat Fertility's primary consulting venue in London is Grosvenor Gardens Healthcare, a modern, fully licenced private clinic in Belgravia, with easy access from Victoria Station and Green Park.
This is where you meet Dr Kat for your initial consultation, ultrasound scans, diagnostic tests and in-person follow ups.

Dr Kat has the privilege to practice at King's Fertility, a leading fertility clinic in London with decades of experience, access and high success rates.
This established clinic is part of the King’s College London (KCL) university family and is located right next to Denmark Hill station with easy access by train or overground from Victoria, Dulwich, Clapham and any stations on Thameslink.
This is Dr Kat's primary location to perform key procedures such as egg collection and embryo transfer, and where your eggs or embryos will be stored.

We collaborate with gynaecology surgeons who specialise in performing surgical procedures that may be required to enhance your chances of conception. These procedures can address conditions such as fibroids, hydrosalpinx, endometrial polyps, and uterine abnormalities, providing comprehensive care to support your fertility goals.
If needed Dr Kat will personally refer you to the surgeon specialised in your condition.
