Initial Medical Consultation
Our initial medical consultation is an essential first step in your fertility journey.
It is the baseline for your personalised treatment plan. It is also an opportunity to get to know Dr Kat and ask any questions you may have.
If you choose an in-person consultation it is also your opportunity to experience the welcoming atmosphere at our clinic where all treatments take place.
In-person medical consultation (90 min) with our fertility expert Dr Kat at our state-of-the art clinic "Avenues" in London.

- Transvaginal ultrasound scan for each partner (normally £150 each)
- Personalised fertility plan
- Follow-up consultation over the phone
Virtual medical consultation with our fertility expert Dr Kat using our secure web meeting platform.

You will be able to share your ultrasound scans securely prior to the consultation.
If a transvaginal ultrasound scan for each partner is needed, we will charge an additional £340 as same sex special (normally it is £200 each).

IN VITRO FERTILIZATION (IVF)
In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF):

From ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval to fertilisation, embryo development, and embryo transfer, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of care and support during your IVF journey.
Hyper-Personalised Treatment Plans:
Our hyper-personalised treatment plans mean that we tailor the medication used and its dosage based on your unique situation. ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection):
Often listed as a separate cost item, ICSI is a technique where a single sperm is injected directly into an egg to assist with fertilisation. At Dr. Kat Fertility, we include ICSI by default to increase the chances of a successful cycle, without the need for repeated procedures. If ICSI is not used, the cost will be refunded to you.
Sperm Options:
As sperm is needed for the IVF process, you have the option to use a male friend's sperm or our donor programme. Our donor programme provides access to a diverse range of screened sperm donors, ensuring you find the best match for your family.
Embryo Freezing and Storage:
We also include the freezing of additional embryos and provide storage for one year, ensuring you make the most of your cycle. This gives you the flexibility and peace of mind to plan for future family growth.
INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION (IUI)
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a minimally invasive procedure that involves placing sperm directly into the uterus during ovulation. This method can be an effective first step for many lesbian couples. Our team will work with you to optimize your chances of success with IUI and provide support throughout the process.
GENETIC TESTING AND SCREENING
